LED Check™
In-Cockpit LED Lights Status System

One of the concerns when flying at night is the operational status of your lights, and though it is a part of every good night flight preflight, there is no existing aircraft lighting system (certified or uncertified) today that provides real time warning to the pilot of the operational status and level of brightness of his aircraft's lights EXCEPT for the lights manufactured by AveoEngineering.

Our exclusive LEDCheck™ system actually monitors the individual LED operational status of every light, providing an in-cockpit warning of the failure of individual LEDs and providing a color signal as to whether the lights still exceed TSO output level requirements or not. The system shows green if ALL individual LEDs in the light are working, it shows a yellow indicator light if one or more leds have failed in a light but the lights remain above the TSO output levels, and the system shows a red indicator if enough leds have failed or the complete light has failed and is therefore not outputting to TSO standard.
