Now in its 25th year, Aveo is privately held and carries zero debt. It was founded, and is still owned, by a former U.S. Navy pilot and his incredibly talented wife, who keeps all the gears running smoothly. Many of Aveo's senior managers are former military, and many are pilots or bring deep experience in electronic warfare, avionics, optics, electronic design, night vision, and aircraft design.

- The go-to for aircraft lightingCommercial jets like the 737, business jets like Gulfstream, almost every general aviation and LSA model, turboprops, civil helicopters and drones fly with Aveo exterior and interior lighting, visible and dual-mode visible/IR, now more than 900 products across all aerospace sectors.
- More than lightingIn 2010 Aveo built the first Conforma™ wingtips, including the one on the General Atomics Predator®, and now makes low-drag, weight-saving wingtips and winglets for UAVs and general aviation. Conforma™ has grown to complete fuselage belly replacements with integrated multi-function lighting, night vision, multi-spectral cameras and microradars for all makes of Helicopters and UAVs.
- The world leader in dual-mode lightingNearly 90% of the market is in Aveo's customer base. Its vertical integration is rare in the industry: Aveo designs and produces everything itself rather than relying on Chinese components, in its own facilities, with more than 250 close partners in the Czech Republic alone plus others across Europe and the USA, all working to Aveo's exacting designs. Aveo holds several hundred patents, in the USA and internationally.
- Twice to the MoonAveo is the first Czech company to put its products on the Moon, landing twice, on NASA missions, in 2024 and 2025. A voyage to the Moon after Falcon Heavy liftoff involves severe vibration, gamma rays, space debris and temperature on the Moon surface varying from over 250°F (121°C) in daylight, and then plummeting after nightfall to -208°F (-133°C). Aveo is in a class by itself.
