Dunewall
Modular. Scalable. Mission-specific.
Built to fit the mission, not the other way around. Dunewall is a modular watercraft platform for tactical operations, configured to the mission rather than adapted to it. A panel-based design and manufacturing system allows rapid adaptation, localized assembly and optimized performance across a wide range of operating conditions.
The same hull carries a drone launch array, a patrol fit-out, or a transport deck. From inland patrol to drone operations, from personnel transport to autonomous deployment, the panel system gives complete flexibility in layout, behaviour, material and outfitting.
A panel-based system removes the tooling step that normally fixes a hull design in place. Shape, layout and material change per mission, not per production run.

Advantages for defense and civil applications.
- Ultra-lightweight. Hull structure about 62 kg; complete boat structure about 300 kg.
- Field assembly. Delivered as kits and assembled on-site or in-country.
- Scalable. Suitable for single units or series production.
- Material options. Natural fibre composite for low signature, repairability and lower emissions.
- Hydrodynamic tuning. Entry angle, chine geometry and deadrise tuned for planing behaviour, wake reduction or added stability.
Built from CNC-cut composite panels with no moulds or tooling, which is what allows local assembly from kits. Bonding and laminate build-ups are validated through internal destructive testing; third-party verification available on request.
Configurations. Depending on mission profile, the platform supports:
- Drone and autonomous variants — deck-mounted launch arrays and unmanned operation
- Recon and patrol units
- Inland transport
- Training boats
- Rapid deployment craft
All variants share the modular design, the same production model, and optional field-kit delivery.
Dunewall is a joint venture between Aveo Engineering and Circular Structures, building scalable, sustainable and modular systems for demanding use in defense, civil protection and special-purpose sectors.
